  • fresh champignons - 100 grams;

  • half a bunch of parsley;
  • egg for lubricating the roll;
  • a spoonful of vegetable oil for frying mushrooms.

Prepare pita bread with champignons according to this recipe:

1. Champignons must be peeled, cut into thin plates and fry in vegetable oil in a well-heated frying pan, lightly salt, pepper and transfer to a bowl to cool the mushrooms.

2. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.

3. Finely chop the washed and dried parsley with a paper towel.

4. Combine cheese, mushrooms and herbs in one bowl, mix thoroughly.

  • milk - about 50 ml;
  • two tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • hard cheese - 50 g;
  • salt, ground black pepper, herbs.

  • one onion;
  • 200 grams of champignons;

Ingredients:

  • thin pita bread;
  • crab sticks - 100 g;
  • pickled champignons - 100 g;
  • processed cheese - 100 grams;
  • one or two cloves of garlic;
  • parsley and dill;
  • mayonnaise - 50 g.

The process of making a roll of pita bread with champignons looks like this:

1. Defrost the crab sticks and cut into small cubes: the smaller the better.

2. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
