In addition, these two ingredients make an excellent filling for pies and pies.

  • Cloves of garlic - 2 pcs.;
  • Tomato paste - 70 g;
  • Sugar - 1.5 tsp;
  • Spices - salt, a mixture of ground peppers;
  • Vegetable oil;
  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs.;
  • Black pepper (peas) - 5-7 pcs.

Pour oyster mushrooms separated by the piece with water and boil for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, remove the top leaves from the cabbage, peel the onions, carrots and garlic.

Throw the boiled mushrooms in a colander to glass excess liquid, cool and cut into pieces.

  • Oyster mushrooms - 450 g;
  • Cauliflower - 1 medium head of cabbage with leaves;
  • Garlic cloves - 4 pcs.;
  • Soy sauce - 4 tsp;
  • Grated ginger root - 1 tsp;
  • Olive oil;
  • Salt pepper;
  • Sesame seeds (optional) - 1.5 tsp.

First of all, we disassemble the cabbage into separate inflorescences and cut the leaves into thin strips.

Boil the vegetable in boiling water or steam it for just a few minutes until a soft consistency is obtained.

  • 9% vinegar - 2-3 tbsp. l .;
  • Ketchup - 300 g;
  • Bay leaf - 5 pcs.;
  • Spices - salt, ground pepper and peas;
  • Vegetable oil - 70 g.

We prepare all vegetables for the procedure, namely: we are cleaning them.

Now you need to chop the peeled vegetables: finely chop the cabbage, chop the pepper into strips, onions - in half rings, garlic and carrots - in small cubes.
