Champignons in the microwave: photos, recipes, how to cook whole mushrooms stuffed with cheese and other dishes

An ordinary microwave will help to prepare quick dishes from champignons. Thanks to the magnetron that generates microwaves, food is heated evenly, and in the shortest possible time. Mushrooms in the microwave can be cooked whole or chopped, stuffed with vegetables or use mushrooms for filling other products. The main thing is to have a special dish for microwave ovens and choose the optimal program.

Champignons with potatoes and fish in the microwave

  • 4 tbsp. l. butter or margarine,

  • 2 cups sour cream or low-fat cream
  • ground black pepper,

  1. To prepare mushrooms with fish in the microwave, you need to hard-boil a chicken egg, cool, peel and cut into circles.
  2. Peel and chop the potatoes and onions.
  3. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon. Sprinkle champignons with lemon juice.
  4. Cut the peeled, gutted and washed fish into fillets, sprinkle with lemon juice and salt.
  5. Grease a special tray made of heat-resistant material with butter or margarine and put the fish on it.
  6. Bake in the microwave for 3-4 minutes at maximum power. After this time, turn the fish to the other side and keep in the oven for another 3 minutes.
  7. Grease the bottom of a separate dish with butter, add mushrooms and onions and bake in the microwave for 5-7 minutes without lowering the power level.
  8. In another saucepan, combine sour cream or cream and ground pepper, add pieces of fish, onions, mushrooms, potatoes and an egg. Then sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for no more than 10 minutes at the same power.
  9. When taking out the finished fish from the dishes, you must try not to damage the crust of the cheese.

Ingredients:

  • Peeled pumpkin - 500 g,
  • champignons - 150 g,
  • butter - 1 tablespoon,
  • frozen puff pastry - 8 plates,
  • cream - 1 glass
  • white wine - ½ glass,
  • eggs - 5 pcs.,
  • peeled pumpkin seeds,
  • chopped - 4 tablespoons,
  • thyme - 1 bunch
  • salt

Cooking method:

  1. To cook baked champignons in the microwave, cut the pumpkin and mushrooms into small cubes, fry in melted butter for 1 minute at maximum power. Then add thyme, salt, pour in wine and simmer on medium power for 5 - 7 minutes.
  2. Defrost the puff pastry in the oven, fold half of the plates in a stack and roll out into a layer 2-3 mm thick. Extrude a circle with the shape and place it on the shape.

  • 400 g fresh champignons,
  • 3 small onions
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of tomato paste,
  • 1 pod of hot red pepper,
  • salt to taste.

Cooking method:

Peel the mushrooms, rinse and dry. Chop and put in a saucepan. Add peeled and finely chopped onions, chopped peppers, pour over with vegetable oil and fry at full power (“High”) for 2.5–3 minutes. Add flour, tomato paste, sour cream. Stir, pour 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of water if the mixture is too thick. Simmer covered with medium power ("Medium") for 5 minutes.

Note. If desired, you can add 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley or sprinkle with herbs on ready-made mushrooms.

Champignons with bacon with herbal sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 450 g young fresh mushrooms, 2
  • 00 g bacon without crust,
  • 50 g butter or margarine,
  • 3 tbsp. spoons without the top of flour,
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley,
  • ground black pepper,
  • salt.

Cooking method:

Arrange the bacon in a single layer in a large, flat plate. Cover loosely with absorbent paper and let stand at full power ("High") for 2-3 minutes, until the bacon is cooked through. Dry it with paper, chop it coarsely and put it on a serving plate. Place butter in a medium bowl and melt at full power for 45 seconds. Add the mushrooms, cut in half, and cook at the same power for 4 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender. Spoon the mushrooms into a bowl of bacon with a spoon and stir. Add flour to the remaining butter. Then gradually pour in milk. Cook at full power for 4-5 minutes, until the mixture thickens. Stir vigorously and frequently. Salt, add lemon juice, parsley. Pour the sauce over the mushrooms and bacon, mix well. Keep in full power mode for 1–2 minutes.

Champignons stuffed with cheese and nuts.

Ingredients:

  • 250 g fresh champignons,
  • ½ cup shelled nuts
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of grated cheese,
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons of ground crackers,
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter
  • salt to taste.

Cooking method:

To cook stuffed champignons in the microwave, the mushrooms need to be peeled, rinsed, and the legs removed from the caps.Chop the legs and put in a saucepan.
