Recipe for kefir pie with mushrooms and potatoes

Dough: Fill the bowl with 700 g of flour, pour in 400 ml of kefir, 120 g of melted margarine, a pinch of salt and 1 tsp. soda. Knead not too tight dough, cover with cling film and leave for 40 minutes.
