  • Paste (packaging);
  • Honey mushrooms - 500 g;
  • Cream - 200 ml;
  • Butter - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • Garlic - 2 cloves;
  • Hard cheese - 150 g;
  • Leeks - 1 stalk;
  • Nutmeg - a pinch;
  • Ground black pepper - ½ tsp;
  • Salt to taste.

We clean the mushrooms from the remnants of the mycelium, rinse in running water and let drain.

Put butter in a hot frying pan and add honey mushrooms, fry for 15 minutes.

Cut the onion into rings and chop the garlic, combine with mushrooms and fry for 10 minutes.

Bring the cream to a boil in a separate bowl and add portions of grated cheese. It turns out a thick sauce for pasta and honey agarics.

  • Honey mushrooms - 400 g;
  • Chicken fillet - 300 g;
  • Pasta (any company) - 500 g;
  • Onions - 1 pc.;
  • Sour cream - 200 ml;
  • Processed cheese - 1 pc.;
  • Hard cheese - 150 g;
  • Curry to taste;
  • Salt, pepper - to taste;
  • Butter - 4 tbsp. l.

Clean honey mushrooms from contamination, wash and boil in salt water for 20 minutes. Rinse, drain, cool and cut into 2-3 pieces.

Wash the chicken fillet and cut into small cubes.

Prepare other ingredients: peel the onion and chop into pieces, grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.

Preheat a skillet and add 2 tbsp. l. butter, add chopped onion and fry until transparent.

Add honey mushrooms to the onion and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

In a separate frying pan in butter, fry the chopped chicken fillet, add salt, pepper and add curry, mix well. Fry for 10 minutes, stirring constantly, so as not to burn.

Add sour cream to mushrooms and onions, bring everything to a boil, add melted cheese cut into cubes and mix thoroughly.

Let it boil for 5-8 minutes and add the grated cheese.

Boil the pasta until tender, put on portioned plates, top with chicken with mushrooms in sour cream sauce.

To prevent the dish from cooling down quickly, the plates should be warmed up, and only then spread the pasta with mushrooms and chicken.
