Ingredients:

  • 500 g champignons,
  • 600 g mashed potatoes
  • 2 tbsp. l. butter,
  • juice of 1 lemon,
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 tbsp. l. grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp. l. bread crumbs,
  • 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil,
  • salt to taste.

Cooking method.

  1. Fry the mushrooms in oil, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt.
  2. Stir sour cream with cheese.
  3. Put some of the mashed potatoes in a greased form, then the mushrooms, pour sour cream and cheese over them.
  4. Using a pastry bag, line the remaining mashed potatoes with a border.
  5. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, drizzle with oil and bake until golden brown.
  6. When serving, cut the oven-baked casserole with mushrooms and potatoes into portions and decorate with chopped dill and parsley.

Champignon casserole with cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g champignons,
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 onions,
  • 200 g sour cream,
  • 4 tbsp. l. bread crumbs,
  • 5-6 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil,
  • 100 g of hard cheese,
  • 1 bunch of dill greens,
  • salt,
  • ground pepper to taste.

Cooking method.

Peel the onions, cut into thin rings. Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Beat eggs. Wash dill greens, chop. Rinse the champignons, peel, chop finely, mix with onions, salt, pepper and fry in butter for 3 minutes. Then add sour cream and simmer for another 3 minutes. Mix the stewed mushrooms and onions with breadcrumbs and beaten eggs, put in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a moderately heated oven for 10 minutes. When serving, sprinkle the prepared mushroom casserole with fresh dill.
