Combine margarine or butter with flour (50-70g) and chop into crumbs. Then make a rectangle about 2-2.5 cm high and send it to the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Cut the dough with a cross, without cutting to the end, roll out a square or rectangle with a rolling pin.
