  • 100 ml of water;
  • 4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
  • 200 g fresh champignons;
  • 150 g of any minced meat;
  • 1 small onion;
  • 1 pickled cucumber;

  • 5-6 st. tablespoons of mashed tomatoes.

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, salt, dry yeast and gradually pour in warm water, stirring the mixture.
  2. Add 2 tbsp to the dough. tablespoons of oil and knead for 6 minutes. Leave the resulting workpiece for 30 minutes. in a water bath.
