Camelina stew with rice and potatoes
Mushroom stew can be made with a variety of ingredients such as vegetables, cereals, and meats. In this case, the use of potatoes and rice is suggested.
- Ryzhiki - 300 g;
- Rice - 3-4 tbsp. l .;
- Carrots - 2 pcs.;
- Water - 250 ml (1 tbsp.);
- Potatoes - 6-7 pcs.;
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp l .;
- Butter (sunflower oil is possible) - 2-3 tbsp. l .;
- Garlic - 2 cloves;
- Fresh greens;
- Salt and pepper.
The mushroom stew recipe is divided into stages, each of which is described below:
Melt the butter in a deep saucepan and add the diced carrots.
After 5 min. add fresh peeled mushrooms, which must be coarsely chopped beforehand.
Dissolve tomato paste in a glass of water and add chopped garlic.
Pour the tomato mixture into a saucepan, and then add the potatoes, cut into small pieces.
After a few minutes, add rice to the stew, stir and simmer under a closed lid over low heat for 20-25 minutes.
Open the lid, season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with fresh parsley, dill, basil or cilantro.
Stir, turn off heat and let stand for a while before serving.
Stew of mushrooms with pork in a slow cooker

- Ryzhiki (boil) - 300 g;
- Pork pulp - 300 g;
- Onions - 100 g;
- Potatoes - 300 g;
- Sweet bell pepper - 3 pcs.;

In a slow cooker, camelina stew is stewed in its own juice, which means that the dish will turn out not only tasty, but also healthy.
- Peel and cut potatoes, onions, peppers in any convenient way, cut the boiled mushrooms into slices.

- Ryzhiki - 3.5 kg;
- Onions and carrots - 1 kg each;
- Garlic - 5 cloves;
- Tomato paste - 1 can (0.5 l);
- Vegetable oil - 0.45 l;
- Salt and pepper.
