Place on a paper towel and dry. Cut large butter into pieces, put in plastic bags or food containers, send to the freezer.

Cut the butter oil, previously cleaned from the film, boil in water with the addition of a small amount of salt for 20 minutes, and discard on a sieve. Allow to cool, arrange in containers with lids and store in the freezer.

Spread the peeled, cut butter in a thin layer over the compartments of the freezer. The temperature regime in the freezer should be maximum. After 7-10 hours, remove the mushrooms, pack them into containers or plastic bags and return to normal temperature. With this option of quick freezing, the butter remains in the form that they had before the freezing process.
