  • steamed mushrooms - 230 g,
  • fried oyster mushrooms - 150 g,
  • boiled forest mushrooms - 120 g,
  • medium-sized onions - 2 pcs.,
  • ripe tomatoes - 3 pcs.,
  • grated hard cheese - 140 g,
  • ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp,
  • salt - 0.5 tsp,
  • chopped parsley - 3 tbsp. spoons.

For the sauce:

  • juicy apple grated on a fine grater - 5 tbsp. spoons,
  • nut butter - 1 tbsp spoon,
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons,
  • ready-made vegetable caviar - 7 tbsp. spoons,
  • ground red pepper - 1 tsp,
  • salt - 1 tsp.

Cooking method.

To prepare homemade pizza according to this recipe, yeast and sugar must be dissolved in heated water, put in a warm place for 25 minutes.

In a separate container, combine the butter, egg yolk, ketchup and salt dissolved in a water bath, add the yeast mass, add a little flour and knead into a smooth, hard dough.

Leave it warm, covered with a cloth, until it approximately doubles in volume.

Roll out the finished dough in a thin layer, put on a greased baking sheet, smooth and make small sides along the edges.
