Ingredients:

  • 400 g lasagna leaves, 300 g champignons, 200 g mozzarella, 100 g parmesan cheese, a small bunch of parsley, salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, olive oil for frying.
  • Sauce: 500 ml of 3.2% fat milk, 50 g of butter, 50 g of flour, salt, nutmeg and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • Additionally: foil.

Preparation:

According to this lasagna recipe, the mushrooms need to be washed, dried and peeled, then cut into slices. Fry in heated olive oil for 10 minutes. Add chopped parsley and fry for another 3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, remove from heat.

Prepare the sauce. Fry the flour in butter for 1 min. Gradually pour in 200 ml of milk, stir until smooth. Pour in the remaining milk, mix well, bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add salt, freshly ground black pepper and nutmeg.

Grate Parmesan, cut mozzarella into slices. Boil water, boil lasagna sheets for 2 minutes. Pour some sauce into the bottom of a baking dish. Lay out a layer of lasagna sheets, on top - mushrooms, a little parmesan and mozzarella, pour over the sauce. Repeat layers. Cover the dish with foil, put in an oven preheated to 250ᵒC, bring the sauce to a boil. Reduce the temperature to 180ᵒС, cook for 20 minutes. Remove the foil, bake for another 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large thin pita bread, 300 g mozzarella, 200 g champignons, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 2 sprigs of dill, 2 sprigs of parsley, 2 tbsp. l. sour cream, salt and freshly ground black pepper - to taste, 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil for frying.
  • Fill: 100 ml milk, 3 eggs.

Preparation:

Before preparing such a mushroom lasagna, you need to finely chop the peeled onions. Wash, dry and peel the mushrooms, chop arbitrarily. Fry both ingredients in heated vegetable oil until the onion is soft for about 10 minutes.

Cut each pita bread into 2 pieces. Pass the peeled garlic through a press, finely chop the herbs. Mix sour cream, garlic and herbs. Grate mozzarella on a coarse grater.

Cover the bottom of a heat-resistant form with a layer of pita bread, grease with sour cream sauce, salt and pepper. Put some of the mushrooms and onions, sprinkle with half of the mozzarella. Gather the remaining layers of lasagna in the same way without using any cheese.
