Pork and mushrooms are ideal ingredients for a hearty meal for a family or holiday meal. Potatoes, rice and vegetables can be used as additional ingredients. Cheese is often added to pork dishes with mushrooms. You can cook such dishes in the oven, using heat-resistant dishes, or in a frying pan - the result will invariably turn out amazing!

Pork and mushroom casseroles

Mushroom, meat and rice casserole

  • 200 g fresh mushrooms that do not require heat treatment,
  • 100 g of fried or boiled meat,
  • 100 g bacon pork
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes,
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 1 parsley root
  • salt,
  • pepper,
  • tomato puree,
  • 1 glass of rice
  • water,
  • meat cube broth,
  • ground crackers or grated cheese,
  • butter.

Stew the sliced ​​mushrooms, meat and spices in one bowl and season. Boil the rice separately in salted water so that a crumbly porridge is obtained. Place most of the rice in a greased dish so that it completely covers the bottom and sides. In the middle, make a depression where to put mushrooms stewed with meat, chopped tomatoes and a cucumber. Cover the mixture with the remaining rice. If the food is too dry, sprinkle it lightly with broth. Sprinkle with ground breadcrumbs or grated cheese on top and add pieces of butter. Bake the dish in the oven until lightly browned.

Serve the pork dish prepared according to this recipe with mushrooms with sour cream sauce, stewed vegetables and raw vegetable salad.

  • 500 g stewed in its own juice or 100-200 g dried mushrooms,
  • 60-80 g pork
  • 2-3 onions,
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tbsp. spoons of milk
  • salt,
  • pepper, hot sauce.

Stew chopped mushrooms, meat and onions until tender, then chill. Add beaten eggs and milk and season. Transfer the mixture to a greased form, bake until it is completely baked and lightly browned.

Serve hot with boiled potatoes, stewed vegetables and raw vegetable salad.

Merchant style pork with mushrooms

  • pork 500 gr
  • mushrooms 100 gr
  • cheese 250 gr
  • tomatoes 12 pcs

To cook meat with mushrooms, we cut the pork into 11.5 cm slices and beat it with high quality. So that when beating the meat does not "break" and the hammer does not get clogged with pieces of meat, which is then very difficult to wash out, I advise you to cover the meat with cling film when beating and beat directly through the film. If there is no film, then it is possible through a regular package. We spread the meat on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil in advance. On average, 56 pieces should fit. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and all sorts of spices that you like. Cut the tomatoes into slices and spread them over the meat to cover it as much as possible. Next, let's move on to the cheese. We rub it on a coarse grater, and, using a third of the resulting grated cheese, sprinkle the meat with tomatoes.

Put the chopped mushrooms on the cheese. It is better not frozen, as they will give a lot of water, which will dilute the natural juice of the meat. With champignons, the dish looks beautiful and neat. Carefully, without too much enthusiasm, pour mayonnaise on each part of the dish. By the way, if you have ordinary mayonnaise in soft packaging (like a tube), then it is more convenient to cut a corner and squeeze through it. You will get a thin, controlled trickle.

Salt again and evenly distribute the remaining cheese on top. We put in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 2025 minutes.

Put fried vegetables, mushrooms, chopped boiled eggs, pickled cucumbers in strips on the minced meat, you can add any products that your imagination tells you - green peas, olives, dried apricots, nuts, the main thing is that the ingredients are combined to taste. Sprinkle everything on top with grated cheese. Gently roll up the roll, parallel to the lined strips of filling, gradually pulling out the film or foil. Composition:

Cool the ready-made chops lightly under the lid, divide into portions and garnish with pickles or salted cucumber salad.

French pork with mushrooms

  • Boiled pork (6 pieces) - 1 kg,
  • butter - 6 tbsp. spoons,
  • semi-sweet red wine - 0.75 cups,
  • mushrooms (porcini or champignons) - 0.5 kg,
  • concentrated meat broth - 2 tsp,
  • salt - 1 tsp,
  • ground allspice - 0.25 tsp,
  • sour cream — 1.5 cups.

Boil the pork, cut each piece into 4 pieces and lightly fry in 4 tbsp.spoons of oil, pour in wine and keep on low heat until the liquid has evaporated by half. Melt the rest of the butter in another pan, fry the mushrooms in it for 5 minutes, pour over the concentrated broth, sour cream, salt and pepper. Put the mushrooms in a roasting pan with pork, cover and place in a moderately heated oven for 20 minutes. If the sauce turns out to be liquid, add flour diluted with water.

Sprinkle with pepper, stir and put in the middle of the dish, put mashed potatoes and peas, seasoned with butter, around.

  • 500 g pork
  • 300 g of mushrooms,
  • 2 medium onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of hot ketchup,
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of mayonnaise,

  • 4 tomatoes,
  • 2 fresh apples.

In a deep frying pan, fry the mushrooms until half cooked, thinly chop the pork, onion, garlic, ketchup, mayonnaise. Fry everything, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Then cut the tomatoes, cucumbers into thin circles and put on top, and then put the apples into thin slices, without stirring, close the lid and fry for 10 minutes. Serve with dry white wine.
