- Fresh mushrooms - 1 kg;
- Onions, carrots - 1 pc.;
- Garlic - 2 cloves;
- Sunflower oil - for frying;
- Salt pepper.
The minced mushroom recipe begins with the preliminary preparation of the mushrooms.
First, you need to clean the mushrooms from dirt and adhering leaves by immersing them in cold water for 20 minutes. Add a couple tablespoons of salt, which will get rid of the worms (if any) and remove even the smallest grains of sand.
Then rinse the fruit bodies under running water and cut into small pieces.
Finely chop with a knife or grate the peeled onions and carrots.
Heat the oil well in a frying pan and put the vegetables, fry until soft.
While the onions and carrots are fried, put the mushrooms in a colander and mash a little with your hands to remove most of the liquid.

- Mushroom mince - 700 g;
- Semolina - 5 tbsp. l. (you can take flour);
- Chicken egg - 3 pcs.;
- Onion - 2 heads;
- Garlic - 1 clove;
- Olive or sunflower oil;
- Salt pepper;
- Breadcrumbs.
Peel the onion with garlic and cut it as small as possible; for convenience, the ingredients can be grated.
We combine the resulting mass with mushroom minced meat, add eggs.
Next, put semolina or flour, stir, salt, pepper, stir again and let it brew.
When the semolina swells, taste the minced meat and add salt if necessary. Stir well again and form into patties as desired.
