  1. Put white bread without a crust in milk or water, let it stand. We twist the meat with a meat grinder, grind the onion and garlic there - if you add it, not everyone likes garlic.   2. Wash, cut and fry the mushrooms, lightly salt, quite a bit. We rub the cheese with a coarse grater and combine with fried mushrooms, the filling is ready. If you want to cook zrazy with cheese and herbs, chop it smaller and into the filling.
