  • mushrooms - 1.5 kg;
  • white cabbage - 1 kg;
  • onions - 500 g;
  • carrots - 500 g;
  • sunflower oil - 250 ml;
  • vinegar 9% - 150 ml;
  • salt - 6 tsp;
  • sugar - 5 tbsp. l .;
  • allspice -5 peas;
  • ground black pepper - 1 tsp;
  • lavrushka leaf - 4 pcs.

To properly prepare a snack from honey mushrooms and vegetables, you need to adhere to a step-by-step recipe.

Peel the mushrooms, rinse and boil in salted water for 20 minutes, drain through a colander and drain well.

Peel the top leaves from the cabbage, cut with a special shredder.

Peel the carrots and onions, rinse in water and chop: cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrots.

Mix honey mushrooms, cabbage, onions and carrots, salt to taste and add sugar. Let stand for 15 minutes, pour in vinegar, mix and leave for another 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a deep saucepan, add mushrooms and chopped vegetables, add allspice and ground black pepper, lavrushka, mix thoroughly.

  • honey mushrooms - 1 kg;
  • butter - 30 g;
  • vegetable oil - 30 ml;
  • onions - 5 pcs.;

  • salt;
  • rosemary - a sprig;
  • a mixture of ground peppers - 1 tsp;
  • parsley greens - 20 g.

Boil mushrooms in water for 20 minutes, rinse and drain through a colander.

Heat two types of oil in a frying pan, add diced garlic and a sprig of rosemary, let it simmer for 5 minutes.

  • boiled chicken meat - 500 g;
  • boiled mushrooms - 500 g;
  • eggs - 5 pcs.;
  • boiled potatoes in "uniform" - 4 pcs .;
  • mayonnaise (sour cream) - 300 ml;
  • hard cheese - 200 g;
  • fresh cucumber - 1 pc .;
  • parsley and dill - 1 bunch;
  • salt.

Peel and dice the potatoes, add salt, put in a bowl and mix with a little mayonnaise.

Combine mayonnaise, boiled and diced eggs in a separate plate.

Cut fresh cucumbers into thin strips and put in a separate bowl.

Grate cheese on a coarse grater and refrigerate.
