After the end of the program, immerse a whole head of garlic, peeled from the top layer of husk, into the rice. If green peas are canned, then they must be added at the very end. Dissolve the flour in a small amount of milk, stir well, pour into the rest of the milk, and pour the stew with this sauce. Ingredients for making meat pie in a slow cooker:

  • sheet pita bread - 2 pcs.;
  • white onion - 1 pc.;
  • champignons - 5 pcs.;
  • minced pork or pork - 600 g;
  • smoked bacon - 100g;
  • chicken eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • sour cream - 3 tablespoons;
  • salt, ground pepper - to taste;

Peel the onion and chop finely. You can grind onions in a blender.

Now we clean the mushrooms and also cut them very finely.

If we took smoked bacon (underwire), then we need to cut off the skin from it.

Cut the bacon and pork into small pieces and send them to the meat grinder. If you bought ready-made minced meat, then it is advisable to first get it out of the refrigerator (if the minced meat was in the freezer, then defrost it).

We shift the minced meat into a spacious container, add salt, pepper and your favorite spices. Knead the minced meat well so that the salt and spices are evenly distributed.

Now we mix mushrooms with onions and minced meat and divide our filling into 2 parts.

Unroll the pita bread on the table, put a portion of the filling on the dough and wrap it.

It remains to wrap the filling in the second pita bread. You can do differently: first, distribute only minced meat over the entire surface of the pita bread, and then sprinkle generously with onions and mushrooms on top.

Roll each pita bread so that it fits in the multicooker bowl. You should have a spiral made of pita bread. Inside will be our filling.

Now we will start preparing the filling: mix eggs with sour cream in a separate container, add salt, pepper and spices. Beat the mixture until it becomes smooth.

After that, we fill our pie in a multicooker with this filling and close the lid of the device.

It remains only to set the desired mode and go about your business. We choose the "Baking" program, set the time to 50 minutes.

As soon as the multicooker completes the cooking process, we are in no hurry to extract our meat pie cooked in the multicooker. We turn on the "Heating" mode for 20 minutes.

When the pie has settled, turn off the device and remove the finished meat pie from the multicooker.
