Cooking method.

Mash sour cream and butter with a fork, add baking soda, salt and one glass of flour. Knead the dough, gradually adding the remaining flour to it. The finished dough should not stick to your hands. Roll the dough into a ball, wrap with cling film and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Rinse meat, potatoes and onions and cut into small pieces. Boil mushrooms and chop finely.
