Braised beans with meat and mushrooms: recipes for hearty dishes

Beans are one of the most ancient crops grown by humans. Mushrooms that people have collected and eaten since ancient times are no less ancient. These products go well in hot dishes with vegetables and meat, and if you cook them in ceramic pots in the oven, then the resulting masterpiece of culinary art will not leave anyone indifferent. Meat with mushrooms and beans is a dish that once tasted it is impossible to forget. Let's take a look at the most popular and delicious dishes made from these ingredients.

Meat with mushrooms and canned beans

The combination of mushrooms and beans with meat is a double of amazing taste and healthy protein. Dishes made from these ingredients are very satisfying, invigorating and energizing.

To prepare meat with beans and mushrooms according to this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 200 g of champignon mushrooms;
  • 300 g fresh pork;
  • 2 medium-sized white onions;
  • 300 g potatoes for cooking;
  • 300 g canned beans;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • herbs, salt and spices to taste;
  • vegetable oil for frying.

It is better to take fresh meat, but you can also use frozen meat. Rinse it under running water, dry it with paper towels, cut into small pieces and put in a pan with heated vegetable oil.

Pork should be fried until golden brown, after which it should be salt, add spices and arrange in pots.

Peel the onions, rinse in water, cut into half rings, fry in the same pan as the meat until golden brown.

Put the fried onions on top of the pork in pots and put the washed mushrooms cut into 4 parts on top of it.

Wash the potatoes, peel, rinse again under running water, cut into bars, quickly fry in vegetable oil. Send the finished potatoes into pots, place tomatoes cut into rings, canned beans and greens on top of it.

Pour the contents of the pots with hot meat broth or just hot water so that the liquid slightly covers it. It is important that the pots are 1.5-2.0 fingers incomplete, otherwise, during the cooking process, the liquid released from the vegetables will begin to boil and splash. You need to cook the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Mushrooms with meat and green beans in pots

In a similar way, in the same sequence, you can cook with mushrooms with meat and green beans in pots. The list of required ingredients in this case will be slightly different:

  • 300 g of beef or veal pulp;
  • 200 g of mushrooms and sweet peppers;
  • 250 g of green beans and tomatoes;
  • 150 g onions;
  • sunflower oil for frying;
  • salt, pepper, herbs and other spices to taste.

Rinse the mushrooms, cut into plates, chop the pepper into strips, tomatoes into cubes. Rinse the green beans, place in boiling water for 3-5 minutes and immediately cool in running water. Rinse the meat, dry it, cut into cubes. Peel and chop the onion.

Fry onions until golden brown, add meat, after 3 minutes put mushrooms and peppers in a pan. Add salt and spices, stir, tomatoes and fry for another 3 minutes. Transfer half of the mixture to pots, place the green beans on top of it and put the meat and vegetables again, add a little water, cover and simmer in a preheated oven for 1 hour. Garnish with chopped herbs before serving.

Turkey meat with mushrooms and green beans

Turkey meat with mushrooms and green beans, baked on a baking sheet, turns out to be very appetizing. To prepare it you will need:

  • 300 g of champignons;
  • 400 g of turkey meat;
  • 200 g green beans;
  • 1 head of onion;
  • mayonnaise;
  • salt, ground black pepper.

Rinse meat, beans, mushrooms and peeled onions under running water. Cut the meat into 3x3 cm cubes, cut the mushrooms into 4 parts, the onion into half rings.

Place the meat in a plate with salt, pepper, grease with mayonnaise. On a baking sheet greased with sunflower oil, put all the ingredients in the following sequence: mushrooms, onions on top of them, then beans. You can, if desired, coat each layer with mayonnaise, then the dish will turn out to be more fatty. The top layer is meat.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 60 minutes, cover the baking sheet with foil for the first 30 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs and serve hot.

If there is no beef, you can replace it with lamb and prepare a delicious dish in the same way, slightly changing the list of ingredients, taking:

  • 500 g fresh lamb;
  • 200 g of champignons;
  • 1 onion for frying and 1 for pickling;
  • 400 g green beans;
  • 2 red bell peppers.

The only addition to the cooking process is that the meat should be lightly marinated in 1 chopped onion for 10 minutes before frying.

Stewed beans with chicken and mushrooms

You can cook meat with beans and mushrooms in pots without potatoes. The result is a wonderful, very satisfying and healthy dish that is perfect for a family dinner. To prepare the dish according to the recipe below, dry beans are used, so it will need to be prepared in advance, i.e. rinsing and soaking in water.

Required Ingredients:

  • 500 g chicken fillet;
  • 100 g of champignons;
  • 150 g dry beans;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 2 onions (medium size);
  • vegetable oil;
  • salt, spices and herbs to taste.

The beans must be rinsed in a colander under running water and cold boiled water, so that they are all covered, cover the container with cling film and refrigerate. It is most convenient to do this in the morning, and in the evening you can calmly start preparing dinner.

Drain the soaked beans, rinse with fresh cold, put on low heat, bring to a boil and drain. Repeat the procedure 3 times. Then cook until half cooked with salt and a little sugar.

Chicken fillet, rinse, cut into small pieces, place in a bowl, pepper, salt, add spices and vegetable oil, mix.

Peel the onion, rinse with water, cut into half rings, mix with chopped herbs and send to a bowl with chopped chicken fillet and leave to marinate for half an hour. After this time, put the meat together with the marinade in a preheated pan and fry until golden brown.

Peel the garlic, rinse, pass through a press and add to the meat along with the mushrooms, washed and chopped into 4 parts, and mix.

Put the contents of the frying pan in pots, on top of it the beans boiled until half cooked. Pour the ingredients of the dish in the pots with the water left over from cooking. Braised beans with meat and mushrooms should be cooked in an oven preheated at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
