  • Salt to taste;
  • Tomato paste - 600 ml;
  • Vinegar 9% - 5 tbsp l .;
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Mix vegetables, mushrooms, add tomato paste, add salt, add vinegar and mix.

We put the salad in sterilized jars and put it to sterilize in a saucepan with hot water for 2 hours.

Roll up the lids, turn it upside down and wrap it up with a warm blanket.

After complete cooling, the jars with mushrooms, carrots and onions will be taken to the basement.
