There is no need to wait for a special occasion to prepare this delicious hot dish of salted mushrooms. In addition, products for mushroom soup can always be found in the kitchen, even from a novice housewife.

In 40 minutes you can prepare a hearty and dietary treat.

  • 300 g salted saffron milk caps;
  • 5 pieces. medium potatoes;
  • 1.5 liters of water;
  • 1 pc. onions and carrots;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 3-4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • 1 PC. bay leaf;
  • 3 peas of black and allspice;
  • Fresh parsley and / or dill.

Put salted mushrooms in water and leave to soak for 30-40 minutes.

Bring the water mentioned in the recipe to a boil and add the peeled and diced potatoes.

We peel carrots and onions, rinse and chop: carrots on a coarse grater, onions - into cubes.

While the potatoes are boiling, fry the rest of the vegetables until tender.

Remove the salted mushrooms from the water, squeeze with your hands, cut into pieces and add to the carrots and onions, fry for 15 minutes.

As soon as the potatoes are ready, transfer the mushrooms and vegetables to a saucepan and cook for 10 minutes.

Add bay leaves, allspice and black pepper.

Beat the eggs with a whisk, combine with chopped herbs and beat again.

Before turning off the heat, gently pour a mixture of eggs and herbs into the soup with a thin stream.

Mix immediately, cover with a lid, turn off the stove and leave the dish to infuse for 5-8 minutes.

  • 1 kg of salted mushrooms;
  • 50 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice;
  • 1 tsp. crushed garlic and black pepper;
  • For ½ tsp. dried basil and oregano;
  • 100 ml olive oil;
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes;
  • 200 g salami;
  • 1 head of leaf fat.
  1. Pour salted mushrooms in cold water and leave to soak for 40 minutes.
  2. Rinse the mushrooms in clean water, squeeze out with your hands and place on a kitchen towel to drain.
  3. Prepare a salad dressing: in a plate, mix lemon juice, ground pepper and crushed garlic.
  4. Add dry oregano and basil, add olive oil and mix thoroughly.
  5. Cut the mushrooms, put them in a deep bowl, pour over the dressing, mix and refrigerate.
  6. Cut the cherry into halves, fry in olive oil for about 3 minutes.
  7. Cut the salami into small cubes, combine with the tomatoes and add everything to the mushrooms.
  8. Stir, put in a flat salad bowl, which must be covered with salad leaves.

Potatoes stuffed with salted mushrooms

  • 50 g butter;

  1. The potatoes are peeled, washed and core cut with a knife.
  2. Mushrooms are poured and left for 30-40 minutes so that excess salt comes out.
