  • 3 pcs. bell pepper;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 3 tbsp. l. balsamic vinegar;
  • 5 tbsp. l. chopped walnuts;
  • 100 g of grated Parmesan cheese;
  • Salt.

Heat olive oil in a deep frying pan, add chili and chopped garlic.

Fry for 1-2 minutes. over medium heat, add onion, chopped in half rings, and bell pepper cubes.

Fry for 5-7 minutes. over low heat and add the mushrooms, cut into strips.

Without changing the intensity of the fire, continue to fry for another 10 minutes.

Put all the fried ingredients in a separate bowl, salt to taste.

Add vinegar, ½ grated cheese and walnut kernels.

  • 1 bunch of green onions;
