Mushroom red ryadovka: photo and description

Rows are considered very tasty fruit bodies, although sometimes they are conditionally edible or even inedible species. For example, a red or yellow-brown row is a rare, uncommon mushroom that grows, like all rows, in large groups, forming rows.

Plates: wide, notched and adherent to the peduncle. At first, the color of the plates is straw-yellow, or ocher-yellow, with age they become red with red-brown edges.

Edibility: conditionally edible mushroom of the 4th category.

Application: It is widely used in cooking for the preparation of various dishes. The red ryadovka is especially tasty in salted and pickled form.

Similarities and differences: the redhead has no poisonous analogues.

Spreading: deciduous and mixed forests with a predominance of birch. Sometimes found in coniferous forests in small groups, forming "witch circles". Always bears fruit actively and tolerates dry weather well.

Since this species is conditionally edible, and in some countries it is completely inedible, it is not popular with mushroom pickers because of its bitterness.
