Cooking method.

  1. Wash the turkey fillet, lightly dry with a napkin and cut into strips. Put the meat in a deep bowl, salt and add spices. Pour in the sour cream and mix well with your hands. Leave the turkey to marinate for an hour.

Meat rolls with cheese and mushrooms can be made with foods such as:

  • Veal (beef can be used (I have steamed veal)) - 900 g
  • Mushrooms (champignons can be, or porcini. (I have champignons)) - 250 g
  • Bulb onion - 1 piece
  • Parsley (to taste (I take 0.5 bunch)) - 1 bunch.
  • Garlic - 3 teeth.
  • Spices (Salt, pepper, ”Provencal herbs”.) - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Dutch cheese (optional) - 50 g
  • Vegetable oil (vegetable oil Ideal) - 2 tbsp. l.

Cut the meat in half lengthwise and open it like a book.

Ingredients:

  • cheese 200-250 grams;
  • 2 heads of onions;
  • champignons 300 grams, fresh medium-sized;
  • ground black pepper;

The base for the casserole of meat and mushrooms with cheese is almost ready, it remains to assemble the dish to bring it to readiness in the oven.

Cook the potatoes for 20 minutes in salted water until softened. Drain the water, mash the potatoes with a fork, add butter and hot milk. Whisk the puree until smooth.

  • Cheese - 100 g;

The method of cooking meat with mushrooms and cheese in a pan is surprisingly simple:

  1. We prepare the pork neck: we wash it and remove all the veins. We leave only small pieces of fat, which will help the meat to remain soft and juicy after frying. Cut the neck into small pieces.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and spread the pork. Fry it for about 10 minutes on both sides until golden brown. Do not cover with a lid, salt and pepper at the very end of frying.
  3. While the meat is fried, prepare the mushrooms and onions. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into 4 pieces, peel the onions and cut them into half rings.
