Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • puff pastry - 0.5 kg;
  • champignons - 0.3 kg;
  • onions - 2 heads;
  • sunflower oil - 50 g;
  • flour - 1 tbsp. (better pea);
  • cloves of garlic - 3 pcs.;
  • greens;
  • salt.

Chop the mushrooms as small as possible, fry until tender.

Cut the onions into small rings and fry as well. Combine with chopped mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt, remove from heat, cool and put on a plate.

Sprinkle flour on the table surface, roll out the dough and put the layer in a baking dish, forming sides from it.

Spread the cold filling evenly over the dough.

To fill: combine flour, salt and crushed garlic. Pour in so much water that the pouring turns out to be the consistency of thick sour cream.

Mix finely chopped greens with filling and mix well. Fill the mushroom filling in the dough and place the mold in the preheated oven.

Bake lean pie with mushrooms for 25-30 minutes at 180 ° C.

Lean pie with cabbage and mushrooms from yeast dough

Lean cabbage and mushroom pie is considered a nutritious and healthy option.

Important: for lean pies, always prepare the dough without using eggs, butter and milk. For it, water, vegetable oil and dry yeast are taken.

  • lean yeast dough - 0.5 kg;
  • fresh cabbage - 150 g;
  • sauerkraut - 100 g;
  • oyster mushrooms - 200 g;
  • onion - 2 heads;
  • vegetable oil - 60 ml;
  • wheat flour - 1.5 tbsp. l .;
  • salt and ground black pepper - to taste.

Fry finely chopped onion in oil until transparent.

Chop fresh cabbage finely, combine with sauerkraut, and send everything to the onion. Fry over low heat for 15 minutes, not forgetting to stir.

Chop the oyster mushroom, fry in oil until crusty and add to the vegetables. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes, remove from heat and cool.

For the sauce: Pour flour into a dry frying pan and fry until creamy. Pour in 20 g of sunflower oil (1 tablespoon) and stir until smooth. Add 100 ml of water, stir and pour the whole mixture into the filling. Season with salt, ground pepper, stir and let cool.

Cut off 100 g from the dough in order to decorate the cake later. The rest is divided into two parts: 2/3 and 1/3. Roll out most of it and put in a greased dish, lifting the dough bumpers along the edge.

Pour the filling onto the dough and spread it evenly. Roll out a smaller part of the dough with a rolling pin and place on the filling, pinching the rimmed edges. Leave a small hole in the middle so that steam escapes when baking.

From a piece of dough left in advance, make decorations in the form of leaves or a Christmas tree with a knife, lay on top, greasing with a solution of black tea with sugar.

Bake lean pie with cabbage and mushrooms until golden brown at 180-200 ° C.

Lean pie with mushrooms, potatoes and leeks

A very interesting option for those who are fasting is the Lenten Mushroom and Potato Pie.

It can be cooked even on holidays for guests and they will appreciate the taste.

  • lean yeast dough - 400 g;
  • champignons - 400 g;
  • leek - 1 pc .;
  • potato tubers - 8 pcs.;
  • olive oil;
  • nutmeg;
  • salt;
  • ground black pepper.

Peel the potatoes, chop randomly and cook until tender.

Cut the leeks into rings, fry in olive oil until soft.

Chop the mushrooms into small pieces, add to the onion and simmer for 15 minutes.

Drain the boiled potatoes, make a thick puree and mix with the mushrooms. Pour in 2 tbsp. l. olive oil, add salt, nutmeg, ground pepper and stir well.

Put one half of the rolled dough into a baking dish, raise the sides.

Put the filling in an even layer, and cover the top with the rolled second half of the dough.

Furnace for 20-25 min at 180 ° C.

  • yeast lean dough - 0.5 kg;
  • champignons - 0.3 kg;
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • onions - 1 head;
  • the white part of the leek;
  • dill and parsley;
  • vegetable oil for frying;
  • pepper, salt.

Cut onions into half rings, leeks into rings. Fry together in vegetable oil until soft.

Cut the mushrooms into small cubes, combine with onions, salt, add pepper, herbs, salt and simmer until the liquid evaporates.

Put the rolled dough into a mold, lifting the sides.

Spread the cooled filling over the layer, spread the tomatoes cut into thin slices on top and cover with the second layer of dough. Make a few holes with a fork to let the steam out.

Place in a hot oven and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 ° C.
