Rice and mushroom pies: recipes for making mushroom baked goods in the oven
If you are too lazy to mess around with small pies, prepare baked goods for subsequent portioning. We are talking about pies with rice and mushrooms - a great way to diversify a family dinner or surprise guests with a festive dinner. You can add chicken eggs, meat, herbs and other ingredients to the filling according to your taste preferences.
Rice, Mushroom and Egg Pie Recipe
For the test:
- flour - for plastic dough
- 1 glass of sour cream or kefir
- 2 eggs
- 200 g margarine
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 500 g beef pulp
- 1 glass of rice
- 150 g boiled mushrooms (any)
- 3-4 hard boiled eggs
- 200 g butter
- court - to taste
- vegetable oil and salt - to taste
To make a pie with rice, mushrooms and eggs, combine sour cream (kefir), eggs, margarine, salt, sugar and baking powder. Pour in enough flour to make a plastic dough. Place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Divide the finished dough into 2 unequal parts and roll them into layers. Place a large layer in a mold greased with vegetable oil, forming the sides. Place half of the rice on top. Then place the fried meat, boiled mushrooms (pre-chopped), then the remaining rice and sprinkle with chopped eggs.
Spread the court over them evenly. Pour melted butter over everything and cover with the remaining roll of dough. Pinch the edges carefully. Bake in oven for about 30 minutes until browning at 180 ° C.
Rice and Salted Mushroom Pie Recipe
For the test:
- 1 kg flour
- 1-2 tsp yeast
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 egg
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- salt to taste
- 1 kg of cheese (feta cheese or suluguni cheese)
- 1 glass of rice
- 100 g salted mushrooms
- 200 g butter
- salt to taste
For the filling, grind the cheese (leaving a little for sprinkling), add softened butter and, if necessary, salt. Mix the resulting mass thoroughly. Chop the mushrooms into strips. Boil the rice and rinse.
For the test, dissolve the yeast in warm milk and let rise. Combine flour, prepared yeast, vegetable oil, salt and knead the dough. Place it in a warm place for 1 hour and let rise. Divide the finished dough into 2 parts and roll out each in the form of a cake. Put rice in the middle of the tortilla, mushrooms on top of the rice, and cheese on the mushrooms, cover with a second tortilla on top. Make a small hole 1 cm in diameter in the center and brush with grated cheese mixed with beaten egg. Bake the rice cake with pickled mushrooms in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown at medium heat.
How to bake a rice and mushroom pie in the oven
Required: 500 g flour, 1 cup kefir, 300 g butter, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 egg.
For filling: 500 g minced meat, 1 glass of rice, 200 g mushrooms, 2 boiled eggs, curry sauce, salt.
Cooking method. Make a yeast-free puff pastry recipe. To prepare the filling, sort out the rice, rinse and cover with warm water for 1 hour. Then cook the rice for 30 minutes until cooked through. Stew the minced meat in the sauce and add the garlic. After that, mix the cooked rice with the meat. Boil mushrooms, cut them into strips.
Before baking a pie with rice and mushrooms in the oven, divide the dough into two parts, let them stand for 10 minutes. After that, roll out each part in the form of a cake with a thickness of 3 mm, put one layer on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Put rice with meat, mushrooms, chopped eggs, a second flat cake on the dough. Pinch the edges well. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Grease the finished pie with butter and cover with a napkin for 10 - 15 minutes.
Pie with chicken, rice and fried mushrooms
For the test: margarine - 125 g, sour cream - 1/2 cup, water - 1/2 cup, sugar - 1 tbsp. spoon, salt, soda on the tip of a knife
Filling: chicken - 300 g, rice - 1 handful, fresh mushrooms - 100 g, onions, carrots, garlic, spices, butter
Chop the margarine with flour, add the rest of the ingredients, knead the dough. Divide into 2 parts and refrigerate.
For the filling, chop the chicken meat finely, season with salt, pepper and fry in vegetable oil. Boil rice. Fry onions, carrots. Rinse the mushrooms, chop and fry in vegetable oil. Mix the meat with rice and onions with carrots, add any spices and garlic. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
Put one part of the dough into the mold, leave the edges to bend. Then put the rice with meat, put the fried mushrooms on top. You can add butter (a few small pieces) to keep the cake dry. Top with the second part of the dough. Pinch the edges, cut a small circle in the center. Bake pie + fried mushrooms and rice at 200 degrees until golden brown.
How to bake a pie with rice, chicken and mushrooms
Required: 200 g butter, 400 g high quality flour, 1 glass of kefir, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp. salt.
For filling: 1 chicken, 1 glass of rice, 6 eggs, 200 g of fresh mushrooms, parsley, dill.
For this recipe, make a yeast-free puff pastry for this recipe for the rice, mushroom, and chicken pie. Boil the chicken, separate the meat from the bones and chop finely. Wash the mushrooms, simmer them in oil. Sort the rice, rinse, cover with warm water and set for 1 hour. After that, boil the rice, cool, add finely chopped eggs and herbs to it. Season the rice, chicken and mushrooms separately with the cooked sauce.
Divide the finished puff pastry into two unequal parts. Roll each into a 2 mm thick layer. Place a larger layer of dough on a baking sheet sprinkled with cold water, so that the edges are covered with the dough. Spread the filling evenly over the entire surface in layers: chicken, mushrooms, rice, etc. Then cover the filling with another part of the dough and pinch the edges. Brush the top of the pie with egg yolk and place in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Brush the finished pie with rice, chicken and mushrooms with butter and cover with a napkin for 10 minutes, so that the pie reaches.
